Introduction
New homes for Welham Green
Award winning housebuilder Hill Residential is bringing forward proposals for new homes and associated infrastructure on land to the South of Welham Manor & West of 26 Station Road, Welham Green.
The Welwyn Hatfield Local Plan 2016 – 2036 has allocated ‘Land at Welham Manor and West of Station Road’ under site reference HS44/HS45 for development. The allocation comprises two sites and Hill Residential is responsible for bringing forward the site outlined in red in the image to the right (HS45).
The application has now been submitted to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council and can be viewed on the Council’s planning portal using the application reference number: 6/2024/2418/MAJ.
